It all starts with a chemistry test
We don’t charge you to decide if you want to work with us, or if we understand you and your business. You can’t please all the people all the time and nor can we. Sometimes the chemistry just isn’t there.
So, we expect to invest a little time in you before you invest any money in us. We will meet with you and your team – we will take the time that’s needed and provide you with a proposal that outlines how we believe we can best work together.

We are experts in dellivering effective and efficient growth programmes that facilitate change and drive growth. Our programmes typically focus on organic, strategic, internal, or acquisition and merger approaches. We offer extensive research driven strategic reviews to audit your business, industry and market to create a solid framework and foundational plan that informs the monthly tactical initiatives based on your objectives, competitor influences, timescales and budgets.
Once we have agreed that we are going to work together, the first task is to agree where we are. We undertake a three, five or 10 day review. We spend time in your business working with you and your team.
We produce a report for you. The structure will be consistent, irrespective of the level of detail and the final section of the report is always an activity plan – a timeline detailing our recommendations together with our estimates of the time needed to deliver.

We have carried out your review, now it’s time to do the work. Typically, we find customers that really need us; need us because they don’t have the resources in the business to generate the pipeline they need, or their teams need some support.
To this end we have created a ‘shopping list’ of services that cover all the channels your business will need to consider. This includes website & database management, SEO, PPC, social media, web re-targeting and email marketing.
Not everything performs well for every industry so we, as part of our review, provide a suggested activity plan. This is an evolutionary process and, as with most things digital, can be refined quickly as and when needed.

We charge expenses at cost. Our team don’t need a company car, an office a pension, life assurance or private health. We turn up – we execute, based on pre-agreed goals and our notice period is only 30 days.
Mentoring & development
Cost effective support and development for your team. We often meet teams with poor structure, but great potential. If you have some future superstars and you don’t have the time, or perhaps the expertise, to develop them into tomorrow’s leadership team, talk to us about a mentoring contract. Typically, this service is delivered, largely, remotely and is consequently an inexpensive way to provide support for your team.
Training & coaching
Training packages shaped to support your growth plans. It’s the first thing our clients want to remove from the suggested programme but there is no replacement for healthy reinforcement. We can help you to introduce the processes within inside sales and assist with the development of the customer facing team.
