We know that repeating the same activity time and time again will only deliver the same results. The fact you are reading this may mean you have reached this conclusion as well and, want to try something a little different.
We don’t charge you to decide if you want to work with us, or if we understand you and your business. You can’t please all the people all the time and nor can we. Sometimes the chemistry just isn’t there.
So, we expect to invest a little time in you before you invest any money in us. We will meet with you and your team – we will take the time that’s needed and provide you with a proposal that outlines how we believe we can best work together.
Typically, the work we do with our clients can be described in one or more of the following ways:
- Strategic review
Once we have agreed that we are going to work together, our first task is to agree where we are. We undertake a 3, 5, or 10 day review. We will spend time in your business working with you and your team. We will produce a report for you. The structure will be consistent, irrespective of the level of detail and the final section of the report is always an activity plan – a timeline detailing our recommendations together with our estimates of the time needed to execute.
- Interim Management
An experienced leader without the overheads of a full-time hire. Our clients are often surprised to learn just how big the cost differential between hiring a full-time sales director and engaging a member of the Reach Revenue team cab=n be. We bill you on a fixed price basis. We charge expenses at cost. Our team don’t need a company car, an office a pension, life assurance or private health. We turn up – we execute, based on pre-agreed goals and our notice period is only 30 days.
Helping you shape the future with Reach Revenue. Sometimes our clients just need a sounding board – an independent advisor to help shape strategy and to sense-test management thinking. We have worked with over 30 businesses in the last eight years, we can offer insight garnered from a wide and deep range of management styles
- Project based execution
We did the review, and now we’re delivering the work. If you know where you’re going but you’re just too busy to get some of the more granular work done, we will do it for you. We will review our activity plan, post review, and pick off the stuff you know you just will never get around to
- Mentoring & Development
Cost effective support and development for your team. We often meet teams with poor structure, but great potential. If you have some future superstars and you don’t have the time, or perhaps the expertise, to develop them into tomorrow’s leadership team, talk to us about a mentoring contract. Typically, this service is delivered, largely, remotely and is consequently an inexpensive way to provide support for your team.
- Training & coaching
Training packages shaped to support your growth plans. It’s the first thing our clients want to remove from the suggested programme but there is no replacement for healthy reinforcement. We can help you to introduce the processes within inside sales and assist with the development of the customer facing team. We have a menu of fixed price training plans that will remind, re-motivate and restore your sales and marketing team.
In the new year we will be offering a ‘lite’ version of our Strategic review. We will spend half a day in your office, with access to the people in your organisation that you think make a difference. We won’t be charging you to complete this exercise.
In return we will tell you what is good, what is bad, and what needs work. We will give you a current state analysis and a suggested activity plan, based on the brief you, have given us, highlighting the key tasks that will need to get your business to where you want it to be.
